I heard the most shocking program on the Power Hour Wednesday.  It was an interview with a pastors, who told how pastors all over are receiving letters from FEMA calling them to meetings where they are telling them to get ready to enforce Romans Ch. 13. They are using that scripture to claim the power of the government to control the people. From all that was said, it appears that they are getting ready to start killing off the farmers animals and destroying their crops.  They were speaking about Mad Cow disease and hoof and mouth disease.  They will probably spread these diseases and use this as an excuse to kill off the animals.  They did it overseas several years ago.  Food is a means of controlling the people.  They told the pastors to "rein in the cowboy mentality."  In other words, when they go in and start killing off their animals, the farmers are not to go and get their shotguns and start shooting. This is all linked to when they declare Martial Law. Martial law was the words used by FEMA. I went to the apostate version of the Bible, The NIV, and I was shocked at how they have changed the scriptures to suit their evil purposes.  I sent the following E-mail to The Power Hour, and Jeannine told me today that Dave read the whole E-mail over the air yesterday.  I just subscribed to the archives so I can go back and listen to it.  Here is the E-mail that I sent to Dave on the Power Hour.

Dave,
   I am listening to your program with the interview with the pastor and the meeting with FEMA.  I went to my King James Bible, Romans Chapter 13 to see where they are getting their so-called authority.  My King James is not speaking of government authority when it speaks of being subject to higher powers.  I then went to the apostate New Age Version, the NIV, and was appalled at how they have changed the Holy scriptures to suit their evil purposes. It is so clear why they have changed the scriptures.  Most of the apostate churches are now using the NIV.  That is about all you can find in the Christian book stores. Below is the Romans 13 from the KJV. I have scanned the same scripture from the NIV and I am sending it as a pictrure file.
Romans 13 King James Version:

      013:001 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no
      power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
      013:002Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of
      God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
      013:003For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt
      thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou
      shalt have praise of the same:
      013:004For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that
      which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is
      the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

      013:005Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also
      for conscience sake.
      013:006For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's
      ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
      013:007Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due;
      custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
      013:008Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth
      another hath fulfilled the law.
      013:009For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou
      shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet;
      and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this
      saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
      013:010Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the
      fulfilling of the law.
      013:011And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out
      of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
      013:012The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast
      off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
      013:013Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and
      drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
      013:014But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the
      flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
